It is that time again for futsal sign on for our summer 2015/16 season. Sign-on will be held on Tuesday 15 September 2015 at the Boonah Sports Complex, Coronation Park between 3.30 and 6.00pm.

The Annual General Meeting for the Boonah Futsal Competition will be held at the Boonah Sports Complex, Coronation Park on Friday 11 September 2015 at 7.00pm.
All teams interested in playing futsal for the 2015/2016 season to be represented at this meeting.

Our Registrar Kym and Secretary Kathy were fortunate to be invited to a sporting club forum at The Centre Beaudesert as representatives of the Boonah Soccer Club. They met Natalie Cook, the only Australian woman to go to the Olympics five times and even got to hold her gold medal from the Sydney 2000 Olympics!

Friday night soccer is back and will be on this Friday 24th July 2015. Come along to the Boonah Showgrounds for some pre-game soccer fun for all ages and then stay to watch the Over 30 Men’s team in action!
No need to cook, there will be food (Steak & Gravy Rolls, Hot Dogs and Soup) and drinks available from the canteen.
6.00pm: Pre-game soccer (all ages)
7.30pm: Boonah O30 Men’s Game – Boonah vs Kolbe Raiders
Should be a good game, come along and cheer them on and give them some home ground advantage!

Shop for the latest products while you help raise funds for The Boonah Soccer Club.

By having a Tupperware Fundraiser we can raise as much cash as we want!!
This event will see us earning:
10% of the total sales; and
$10 for every additional party booked

The Boonah Soccer Club is hosting a movie night to help raise funds for the kids who are attending the Mega Soccer Sports Camp. Families and Kids are invited to attend the fully supervised screening of ‘The Penguins of Madagascar‘
Date: Saturday night 23rd of May
Location: It will be at the Boonah Showgrounds hall located in the Boonah Showgrounds,
Time: Food will be available from 6.00pm and the movie will start at 6:30pm.
Cost: It will be a gold coin entry fee.
Food: There will be a sausage sizzle, drinks, popcorn and lollies available for purchase on the night.
This event is open to everyone (not just BSC members), so please invite your friends and family, bring your blankets and pillows and join us for a fun night to help raise money for the kids.
Soccer fixtures are now available on the QCSA website. Please contact your team manager if you have any questions about the draw.
If you still have outstanding fees, please make sure they are paid by the end of this week. All players must be financial before they can play. Fees can be paid online or via bank deposit. Come along to the Boonah Showgrounds this Fri night 27 March to watch a couple of friendly soccer matches between Beaudesert and Boonah:
6.00pm – Boonah U17/18 vs Beaudesert U17/18 jnr men
7.00pm – Boonah Over 30 vs Beaudesert Over 40 men
Our president Andrew, vice president Glen, a few of our coaches and other familiar Boonah faces are in the O30s team, so come along and cheer them on.
No need to cook Friday night, there will be food and drinks available from the canteen at family friendly prices.

The meet and greet is on next Saturday, 21st March 2015 starting at 11am. Come and meet your team and catch up with your club. There will be a free sausage sizzle, and drinks for sale.
We would like to see all players, coaches, managers and at least one parent/carer on the day. If you are interested in helping out in any way this season please let us know. As we no longer have the Family Volunteer Levy we are hoping to have many different hands helping throughout the season.
Another way you can assist the club is to use the Ritchie’s IGA Community Benefit Card. Every time you spend money we receive their donations from the community benefit scheme. Apply in store today.

The Brisbane Roar Get Active Program will now be held on Saturday 14 February 4:30pm – 6:30pm
New Futsal Draws are now available for the Open teams starting 12 January.
Draws for the Junior teams will be out soon starting 19 January.
We have finally got a new date for the Roar Boonah Clinic. This is to be held in January on Wednesday 21st January 2015.
Times are 4.30pm – 6. 30pm. Ages 5 – 14. Only $15, includes Supporters Pack, T Shirt, Pauls Roar Inflatable Fields & 2 Hours of Fun Football for all ages.
Also the Roar will be running a free coaches clinic at the same time for anyone who is interested in coaching or assistant coaching this year or if they would like some tips for their kids.
If you had already registered in September you won’t need to register again but please let Rozanne Burley know if your child can still attend. If you have not previously registered, you can do so on the Brisbane Roar Active Program website:
