It is that time again for futsal sign on for our summer 2015/16 season. Sign-on will be held on Tuesday 15 September 2015 at the Boonah Sports Complex, Coronation Park between 3.30 and 6.00pm.
Age Groups: Juniors 9-11 & 12-14 and Open Mixed
What you need to sign on:
- Completed player registration form – Player Registration Form 2015/2016 (PDF 244KB)
- Team sheet (Opens only) – Team Sign-on Form 2015/2016 (PDF 8KB)
- Online registration – Guide to Player Self-registration 2015/2016 (PDF 46KB)
